Common questions
My day was marked missed but I did the steps
Almost always the phone stopped reporting: the health permission was revoked, the app was force-quit for a long stretch, or the phone was off at midnight local time. Check Settings, then Health, that the permission is still granted. If the data is genuinely in your phone's health app for that day and we judged it missed, email us with the date and we will look at the record.
How is my target decided?
From the median of your own last 30 days. It is your habit, not somebody else's fitness, and it is set before a contest starts and never moves during it.
Where did my stake go?
Into escrow for that contest. Your wallet shows it as staked rather than available. It returns in full if you finish, and is forfeited if you miss a day.
Can I get a refund?
A stake in a contest that has started is not refundable; forfeiting is the mechanic that makes winnings real. If a contest is cancelled for too few entrants, or we cannot judge it fairly, every stake is returned in full. Subscription refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
How do I get my money out?
Wallet, then Withdraw. Standard bank transfer is free and takes about three business days. You need a verified email, and identity verification above legal thresholds. Minimum 10 EUR, waived if you are closing your account.
How do I close my account?
Settings, then Close your account. If you hold a balance the app will insist you withdraw it first, with no minimum and no fee. It also waits while a stake is in an unsettled race, and for 14 days after a payout is paid, because a bank can still return a transfer in that window.
What happens to my health data if I leave?
It is deleted. Financial records are kept but anonymised, because accounting law requires them and because the books must still balance for everyone you raced against. Full detail in the Privacy Notice.
Is this gambling?
No. Your target comes from your own activity history and meeting it is within your control. Nothing is randomised and there is no wager on an outside event. See the Official Rules.
I am in the beta and something is broken
Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened, with the date and time. If it involves money, include the amount. Beta builds change often and your report is genuinely useful.
Responsible play
Do not stake money you cannot afford to lose, and do not chase a lost stake with a bigger one. If your use starts to feel compulsive, close the account; your balance leaves with you. In Portugal, SICAD publishes support resources for behavioural dependencies.
